Tonight, November 18, 2020, USD 380 was notified by the Nemaha County Health Department that a student at Centralia School tested positive for COVID-19. Per our established protocol, we have thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the space this individual was in contact with. We are also in contact with the Nemaha County Health Department and will take the steps necessary to protect the health of our staff and students.
The individual who tested positive for COVID-19 will not be allowed to return to school for at least 10 days. There are no school quarantines or close contacts in this case . Classes will resume tomorrow. We are closely monitoring this situation and will provide you with updates as we know more.
