Got to hear a great discussion in Mr. Conley’s on alliances between countries and events that impacted WWI. Students analyzed newspaper articles and cartoons from that time period to help gauge the climate of the country. Also found some Crosby Stills and Nash :)

French Revolution anyone? Mr Holthaus’s class shared information with me on the drowning at Nantes, tennis court meetings, the brutalities and a fun board game where I was eliminated after one round.

How about the fan favorite Hula Hut Rebuild. Kids are active, thinking about strategies on how to win, and working on teamwork skills all in one fun game. Be sure to ask your children about this great game. Keep Shining Panthers!

Over the break we were doing some work to the school and I got the honor of tearing out some old lockers with another graduate of Centralia. Figured I would share what we found. Hoping this will bring back some good memories for the class of 1984 and those surrounding!
