State Pep Rally for our Cross Country runners had some interesting acts. Mr. Crowthers does a great job every year pushing his athletes to not only be great runners but great students. Good luck to Meleah and Race tomorrow at Wamego. 10 am girls start, 11:45am boys start
A few of many things happening today here at Centralia Schools. Regan Becker read to the Kindergarten Class today, Mr. Conley is in a hurry today and don’t know why, Lots of objectives in our Social Studies, and two young ladies working on a scrap book for community projects.
Mrs. Rempe’s first grade class and Mrs. Kramer’s Finance class joined forces today. The high school students played games with the young ones. The games focused on skills that had to do with money and math. These interactions are good for all ages.
Congratulations to the lady panther volleyball team on a great season. They fought hard all afternoon and represented our school and community extremely well. They lost in 3 tonight in the Sub state finals but not from a lack of effort. Proud to be a Panther!
Congratulations to both the girls and boys cross country team for competing at a high level at Regionals this morning. Girls team place 5th just missing the cut for State. Race Engelken and Meleah Talley both qualified individually for State. Good luck to the both of them!

Wanted to recognize @conleyjada, for presenting with @MrAofeducation aka Trevor Ashcraft at the Great Ideas in Education Conference hosted by @ksdehq. Their topic was “Making Sense of KESA Data”. Mrs Conley played a vital role in a very successful USD 380 KESA DLT team.👏👏👏
Thanks Bus Drivers for all you do!

This group of Senior's went before the board to get permission for all Seniors to have an Open Lunch on Friday's. Great job of presenting a "Why" and the rules that go along with this perk. The Board and adminstrators approved of their efforts-- Seniors were granted permission.
Congratulation to Centrali High School Senior Kyra Bergman for being KSHSAA's True Blue Student! Here is the link to the article!

Mrs. Bergman's Physics class tried out their boats on the waters today at a local pond. I am unsure how it all went but what a great day to be outside.
Mrs. Kramer was working on Budgeting and whether a person could taste the difference between brand/off brand items-Conclusion-price difference between off brands of cookies and chips is just too much, buy the off brand. MY TAKE-never do this with MAC AND CHEESE-GOT TO BE KRAFT!
Mrs. Gleason's Class had show and share today-students had to present something to the class and one student really enjoyed the puppies. The Book Fair is next week-GREAT fundraiser for the library. Our new panther pet for our K-6 classes came in today and it is Time to Shine.
